fix problems rebuilding, make niri and noctalia more HM friendly

added `inputs` to `extraSpecialArgs`, giving homeModules access to helper functions
cleaned up the logic for the stylix file, removing the final `sharedModules` in the process in favour of `home-manager.users.grey`
