greyweather 06e958ae71 fix problems rebuilding, make niri and noctalia more HM friendly 
added `inputs` to `extraSpecialArgs`, giving homeModules access to helper functions
cleaned up the logic for the stylix file, removing the final `sharedModules` in the process in favour of `home-manager.users.grey`

greyweather 7f49c289d5 all application options will adapt to environment 
when used either with nixos (no home-manager) or home-manager standalone, `features.applications.<name>.enable` options still perform some functionality, rather than assuming a full nixos + home-manager setup like before

- iptables geoip whitelist for ssh

greyweather e8f1f83930 gaming improvements 
- switched to cachyos-bore kernel from mainline lts kernel
- pinned mesa version at 25 to fix issues with minecraft shaders
- switched steam to use the flatpak, since native steam wouldn't launch with the downgraded mesa version

greyweather 0f018cd2e3 full PC config setup 
shifting towards manual symlinks for more complex setup than laptop, allows for GUI settings changes to actually apply, and is much easier than nix-ifying every config

- adds auto-mounting of external drives with udiskie
- disables suspend, replaces it with hibernation
- disables alt+arrow keys switching between tty sessions
